Next Steps is a Liverpool City Region Careers Hub programme, funded by the Careers & Enterprise Company and delivered by Elevate Education Business Partnership (EBP). The initiative aims to support young people across the Liverpool City Region who are more disengaged for 2.5 years as they complete their GCSEs and support them in transitioning successfully into education, employment or training.
The Next Steps Portal is a platform created to support participants who are taking part in the Next Steps programme. Through the Portal, these young people will be able to access resources, share documents, and see updates and notices relevant to them as they come to the end of their secondary education.
Next Steps sessions will include but not be limited to: one to one mentoring, careers workshops such as CV building, encounters will employers, educators and training providers, careers fairs, careers talks, workplace visits etc.
